Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Because each cookie is hand crafted and made-to-order, I do have a cancellation policy.

For custom orders, please cancel at least 7 days before your pick-up date for a full refund. Partial refunds may be available if the order is not complete.

How will I Pay for my Cookies?

You will receive an invoice from Madison through 'Wix Payments'. Card payments are secure as Wix Payments complies with the PCI Date Security Standards.

Q: How will my cookies be packaged?

A: All cookies will be heat sealed in individual bags for freshness. Additional decorative packaging is available.

Q: How are Gluten Sensitive orders prepared?

A: All orders are prepared in the same kitchen and oven, but extra care is taken to prevent gluten contamination to gluten sensitive cookies for those who have gluten sensitivities. I use stainless steel utensils that have been washed and disinfected, or utensils that are stored separately and designated just for cookies that do not contain gluten. All gluten sensitive ingredients are stored in sealed containers separate from those containing gluten. The kitchen is disinfected, and gluten free cookies are prepared, baked and decorated first. Once those are packaged, I will then start working on cookies that contain gluten.

Q: How do you make plant-based food coloring cookies and how much do you charge for them?

I source food coloring that is completely dye free from a company that specializes in plant-based food coloring. The cost of dye free cookies is dependent on how many colors are in your order and how bold each color is. For example, pastel colors do not utilize as much color and will be less expensive than a bright red or blue colored cookie.
